SOLAR EPCM

There are close to 1500 solar EPCM companies in India, out of which only 25 companies are in Tier 1 category. The balance companies either run out of business, being bankrupt and close shop soon or they sprout and wither quickly. One of the important reasons is the "Absence of a strong core team", where the company sub contracts all work outside. Though this is good in the shorter run, in the longer run, this changes things.
